ODYSSEY MARKET
Glo Odyssey offers vendors the fantastic opportunity to showcase their goods in a concentrated and highly curated market. The Odyssey Market will be located in the heart of the event and will be open to the general public.

The Odyssey Market seeks ⬦ artisans,  ⬦ jewelry makers, ⬦ designers, ⬦ and others to share their apparel, art, jewelry, unique products and services with the Glo Odyssey community.

Vending hours begin at 6:00 pm on show day. Vendors may begin set-up at 4:00 pm.

VENDOR INFORMATION

  • Vendors will have the opportunity to sell their products from when the gates open (4 pm) until the conclusion of the event (2 am). Vendors may arrive to set up at 4:00 pm.
  • All vendors must be set up by 6:00 pm.
  • Vendors are expected to maintain a presence at their booth at ALL TIMES during the event. Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Vendors are required to maintain a clean, safe, and trash free area. Vendors are responsible for all their own trash. Glo Odyssey is an environmentally friendly event.
  • All approved vendors will receive two event tickets. (Valued at $40)
  • Vendor application deadline is September 15, 2018.

VENDOR AGREEMENT
BOOTHS: $75.00 for a 10’x10′ vendor space

      • Vendors are welcome to set up a canopy and to bring tables, etc.
      • Power can be supplied for an additional $25  if requested ahead of time. (Please be specific as to the number of outlets needed.)
      • Vendors are expected to remove items by 11:00 am, Saturday, October 6, 2018.
      • Vendors are responsible for their own sales, fees, and taxes.
      • Organizers are not responsible any for lost or stolen goods.

 FOOD TRUCKS$75 (limited to 2 trucks)

  • Food trucks will have to supply their own power. However, power can be supplied for
    • an additional fee of $25 and
    • must be requested on the application.
  • Glo Odyssey is an environmentally friendly event, vendors are responsible for their own trash and the trash in the area of their food truck.
  • Vendors are to provide all necessary paper goods.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales, fees, and taxes.
  • If using your own generator vendors must create a baffle to direct noise away from the event space.
  • Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

Upon approval of your application, you will be sent a link to pay for your booth space.

Submit your form early, vendor availability is limited.
